We are overstretched and there is no communication between the management an the staff. What I like about the company we have benefits and it provides us with training to develop ourselves.

Striving for Excellency

Working under this company it's a privilege. I have learned and grow so much in this industry. Company have developed me so much through Cordes and training. You have to plan your day before kick_start. Most of my days are always typical. I prioritize my duties based on agency. I have built a strong bond relationship with internal and external customers. Relationships with my coworkers it's so crucial as we need one another to make the business successful. I have learned a lot with the company. Went to several courses and training such as below >Managing Employee Relations >Intermediate Management_Coaching >Retail Finance >SAP Purchasing Basics >NQF4 Supervision in wholesale {current training} I enjoy working with people who understand what is required from them The job is so challenging overall, as you always do something different on a daily basis

We worked well as a team and friendly with customers. Meeting customers expectations at all time Making sure everyone is happy at the end of the day. Handling cash well Meeting targets at the end of each day Most challenging day is not knowing if you will balance when cashing up

Training as a DM

I have a problem solving skill, I solve lots of problem durig the day helping my line manager with floor duties from time totime. employees take me as a person to talk to when they have issues in their personal or work related issues. what I do on daily basis is help my customers to their full satisfaction by making sure that they have stock on time, ordering special products they need and making sure they never leave empty handed. I make sure that my bucket is full and always do add ones. I take more responsibility than what my job description says, I am open to new challenges everyday. I never let my personal problems get in the way of my job. I enjoy leaving customers with a smile and I really love meeting the target set for me all the time, but doing so while am most sure that am ethical as possible thanks you.

Enjoy working with different kinds of people and being able to learn more about their culture and other languages that helps me to be able to learn to communicate with other people who doesnt know only my own language

Gained a lot of experience

Learned a lot of things like different jobs I can jobs of four people at same time I can multitask and the relationship with co workers a great even though is taugh sometimes but we can manage because we are strong

Excellent

Monday to Sunday.2 days day off.good relationship with my colleaguesand good communication with customer's. To be be self reliable.good leader.Working in group's.I enjoyed working with different customers solving different problemslack of cucustomer service customers get frustrated sometimes I feel with angry customers
