It was nice to work at Build it I learn a lot. To become one of a leader its a nice thing to work with people they understand a lot they know the pressure if becoming the supervisor its not that you don't like them when you task them for work its our duties to do that so I enjoyed the workers they where very understanding. I've learned so many things in our company how to even treat the customer the customers are the Kings and Queens for the business

A great way to learn a lot of stuff
An interesting place to work at . Lots of gossip tho. Tends to become annoying . Learn a lot. Engage with customers . Stressful .people aren't friendly . Do not want to do their work .you must do it for them. Lazy staff.
Pros: Lots of knowledge to a quote
Cons: No leave . Pay isn't the best .

I have gained mussive experience about credit and accounts
I learned to work with different kind of clients. my co-workers are so friendly and when it gets to a chance that I leave this place that am working at I will miss them all. I have learned how to deal with different kind of people of any age, how to deal with a client, how to treat them and handle them. I enjoyed working with people with jokes and being able to control my own desk and computer. The most challenging thing is when an old person wants to cancel the loan or the account that was very challenging because they use to shout at me and call me with names.

Work Experience
Currently i am not working, the job i entered above is a job i had before i started studying. I worked at Build It up until i finished my first year, then i decided to stop working on my second year since i wanted to focus more on my studies. The compony i worked at is a flexible workplace, we were exposed to a lot on how it operates. We worked as a team, for example: When i assist a customer and make a quotation on the material they need sometimes they go home with quotation and come back the following day, it can happen that i am off on the day the customer decides to come and purchase thier goods, someone else will help that customer on my behalf and vice versa
Pros: It allows students to work part time
Cons: There's know opportunity to grow even if you have a qualification

Working hard in difficult time
I always work hard in whatever I do , I always like new challenges coz life tought me to get different experience in life ,I am friendly and I can work individual also with group task but I can solve problems with good ideas ,I always show potentially in every I do coz loving your job makes you enjoy every minutes at work I am will to join your team soon and thank you for your time

Im motivated a fast learner and not scared to do anything
i loved working people and customers. its hard work that i am used to working with. i respect the people i work with and work just as hard as them to achieve the work load done for the day. waking up every morning to go to work is a pleasure and at each end of day i know all the tasks and work is done. then i can relax knowing a job well done for the day

Excellent learning curve
I have grown within the company but there is no more growth for me. I need new challenges as the ones I have overcome are not mind stimulating for me. It is a fun environment to work in as you get to learn all different cultures and meet all different people from all walks of life. A working day consists of 11 hours sometimes more so it can be tiring yet rewarding at the end of the day. Having work with the people I do I have learnt a lot. Working hours are a bit tretrious as you need to work 7 days a week sometimes.
Pros: Knowing that I am a benefit to the company

My work is my 1st home
I love meeting new people and learning new things and I've learned that you never too old or experienced to learn but also that having a good attitude and a friendly personality helps close sales. Once you have these aspects together with product knowledge, being able to get along with different types of people thus making you a people's person, you then become a force to reckon with in the business world. Many customers can be very challenging in many different ways but the key to each one is to remember to always keep calm & help the customer also bearing in mind that you follow company procedures. I love giving great service and making sales. I have a good relationship with all my fellow colleagues as we all do what is expected of us thus making us one of the top ranking branches. I'm fully bilingual so I get along easily with a vast number of people.
Pros: It pays the bills
Cons: I don't mind the hours but because I have to travel, it makes it a bit difficult,thus I'm looking for work in nelspruit.

How To Deal With Or To Approach Customers
I'm a young and intelligent fast learner, who is willing to learner or to do any work that I'm being told to do by my partners or my leader. And I'm passionate and very becomes serious and focused when it to my work/duties because I always want to be seen as a great/good worker for the position that I'm given so that I can be seen as a person who can be given or be chosen for a higher post/position or even be hired permanent. I'm an extrovert, I like working hard as a team so that we can do better or more, so that our customers should be thankful and happy about our customer services, that also brings more customers to the shop.

Nice career opportunity
I would have to say it can be a good career choice and if you work hard and help grow the business it has the potential to pay well and being a franchise you also have the potential to be recognized and leading to better opportunities
Pros: There is always going to be a need for building material there will always be a need for opportunities at a building store
