Learning curve but could do with more salary

My current position at Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality is Payroll (Quantum) Clerk working at the Engineering Directorate but focusing mainly on Water Department payroll. The previous position held at the municipality was being responsible for the assisting the Manager: IDP/PMS with Programs, Projects and integration of the budget with IDP and PMS as well as monitoring and evaluation. I was also responsible for all the administrative support within the department. I have a very good relationship with my manager and have built other relationships with other colleagues.

Pros: Great opportunity to move within the municipality
Cons: More work for less money

We work as team most of the time and i like to work wth people just because i learn everyday,the most challenging its when the waist is not colleceted in some areas.

How I can be an asset

Am well listener, take advice from superiors and peers and work according to instructions. Can work in a team as well as individual according to what is expected from me.Have experience working in a large company MBSA and am willing to learn from and teach others.

Pros: All will benefit with companies vision enhanced.
Cons: No individual credits.

I do like to work with different people just because i learn somthing new everyday.

i do like to work in ateam but also i don't have a problem to work alone if the situation forces me to do so.I also like to work with people with different levels and different backgrounds,I learn a lot frm them.
