No please with the company treatment

Before it was a good place to work, however since the change of top management things has gone from better to worse. Another thing the recent top management do not tolerate workers opinion. Workers are treated like slaves. No appreciation even if youve done absolutely well

I consider myself to be a hardworking respectable man, who is responsible, reliable and mature. I believes in doing what needs to be done to get the Job complete in a timeous manner and ensuring that my work is done with precision. I commit myself to a job and puts in all my efforts to be successful at what I do. I have been in Warehousing for most of my career and believes this is where my key skills lye. I would like to continue my career in warehousing, with the hopes of finding stability within an organisation and growing and prospering in my career.

Excellent experience in balancing the books

I’ve learned how to communicate with the customer I I’ve learned also how’ to check my my stock I enjoy working with money To I’ve also learned to be patient with our customers to make sure that the customers are always happy

Love working at Buco

Buck was like my second home co workers was my family I lived working at Buco. Was a joy to get up to go to work. Great learning opportunities. Great people to work with

Learned a lot

They are very sales orientated and tjus dont look after their staff. Cash flow is a problem at the moment so overheads need to be cut drastically and sales need to be pushed. Rtrenchments is highly possible at this stage. The branch manager doesn't do his shate and thus it gets passed on to the financial manager.

Pros: Staff purchases at 10% margin
Cons: Long working hours from 7am

Excellent learning a new system

Getting along with Co workers are important as well as your attitude towards them. It is alot of pressure but working together as a team we able to complete our deadlines

Moderate use of my skills

The hardware retail industry is extreamly competitive business sector and challenges me, but still does not allow me to use my knowledge and experience to the full. Being challenged is very important to me. I deal with all aspects of management, operations, staff, logistics and customer management. I get on well with staff and believe i have the respect of all staff. What I enjoy most is satisfying cusyomers and always innovating my approach to management.

Excellent learning curve

I would like the opportunity to work in your company, as I have many years experience in the payroll department. I work well under pressure and an excellent team player. I am very thorough in my work and always keen on lending a helping hand. I also have knowledge in the debtors department as well as creditors.
