I'm a very fast learner and always give my all.
I'm working 10 years for the company. I've started out as a cashier. Eventually I ended up in admin. I enjoy my work very much and I get along with my fellow workers very well. We are like a big family. My typical workday consist of doing GRN's, confirmation of delivery's, recons, accrue, doing journals and assist my FM, prepare invoices for payments, queries and filing etc.
Pros: Great working environment.
Cons: The salary is not that great.

Looking for new exciting prospects
I am currently employed at Buco Hardware in Pinetown. I am responsible for the full creditors and admin function for two Buco Stores. All admin, ordering of stationery, groceries and office expense.Prior to Buco, I employed at Federal Mogul Powertrain Systems (Pty) Ltd (Pinetown) since Sept 2007, and was retrenched as 31 August 2016, I was employed as a Creditors clerk, doing full creditors function for both Divisions, until the relocation of the Finance division in Dec 2014, then moved to an admin clerk- doing respective admin, Pa, Bookkeeping functions. I was responsible to handle petrol, cards, American Express and Motor vehicles licensing. Paying of traffic fines and all other office/Pa Related duties. I

I consider myself to be a hardworking respectable man, who is responsible, reliable and mature. I believes in doing what needs to be done to get the Job complete in a timeous manner and ensuring that my work is done with precision. I commit myself to a job and puts in all my efforts to be successful at what I do. I have been in Warehousing for most of my career and believes this is where my key skills lye. I would like to continue my career in warehousing, with the hopes of finding stability within an organisation and growing and prospering in my career.

Love working at Buco
Buck was like my second home co workers was my family I lived working at Buco. Was a joy to get up to go to work. Great learning opportunities. Great people to work with

Good company to work for but I am travelling to Honeydew daily. Traffic & distance is too much.
I am a honest and fast worker. Attention to important detail and accuracy is non negotiable. I have yeras of exoerience and knowledge which any company will benefit from. Challenges are always handled with a positive attitude. To balance maximum sales and minimum risk is always a challenge. Vetting of new credit applications, reporting on collections, days outstanding, forecasts, provisions for bad debt, apply for insurance, motivate limits and follow-up on legal collections with Attorneys. Succeeding in collecting long overdue payments give me a lot of joy. I have learn that everybody have different skills and through understanding you can maximize production and manage costs and time.
Pros: No oppertunity for promotion as the Divisional Credit Manager is located in Cape Town
Cons: Normal working hours, but long hours travelling.

Worst company culture
Senior management expect you to work from 7 till 7 although this will not be presented at interview. Then you must stll do your admin as you are not allowed to do admin during normal working hours. You will have to go out to all alarms going of and when trucks cones in ealate or have to leave early. Thos happens daily. Sundays you are off but spend time trying to catch up on admin, prepare for meetings, training etc. The workload is unreasonable and the culture is extremly bad. Company was transformed 4 times in padt 3 years and employees from top to bottom work against each other, if you talk or assist and be professional towards an employee even if its your sen o r and another senior employee does not like that person your end is near. Terrible work life balance and you will most certainly burn out within a couple of months.

I have excellent communication skills, computer skills- MS office suite,(Word, Excel, Outlook Sage Pastel)I have Excellent telephone manners, I can solve problems coming my way, and any tasks is not a problem to me and I am bilingual in English & Afrikaans am detailed orientated and trustworthy and dependable and is able to work in a close-knit team. Excellent learning curve
It is a great company that has great employees and supportive managers . I've learnt to work with people and share different ideas , I've also learnt about their products and it was so great doing something different and interesting .
