High self growth because I'm able to handle all problems myself.

Open store in the morning, which isn't as busy as it used to be. Morning stock check on new release stock and some valuable stock, like consoles. Some days, I do a weekly stock check of entire store. Clean store after Check web orders Check emails Check actions from Head Office Recieve stock, check and pack Check what Items are supposed to be on display. Update promotion items and marketing materials in store like banners, sensormatic sleeve and promotional boards. Help daily walk in clients

Pros: Very hands on, learn alot by engaging with customers and solving problems.
Cons: Hours can be long but not bad. Store tends to get very quiet.

I am a single mother of two and looking for a job to provide for my kids

Bt games is an amazing company but but it’s time to move on to greater and better opportunities.. to be able to make a full living for my family . I put in the hard work and effort that needs to b put in don’t mind working extra hours as well

Excellent learning curve

The company I work for offers great experience in terms of helping customers and dealing with them face to face. The down side of the company is that there are no bonuses for reaching target, there are no incentives and no benefits.

Great social learning curve

We usually work 10 hoursa day sometimes 12 or 14 The people I currently work with are great so we have fun despite near constant abuse from customers I'm a black female working in the gaming industry which is already quite racist and sexist my coworkers get abused for associating with me I've learnt that above all people are lazy and want others to do everything for them especially decisions. I've also learnt that as a customer if you scream and shout and make a fuss you can get any company head to give u want you want eg refunds and exchanges outside of warranty

I needed a job

N there is nothing more that I would need to, or can say. I needed funds during my studies, and remained employed. Now that I'm looking for serious employment, I see that things differently than I had before

Excellent learning skill

Typical day is a normal day of reaching target as well because we know out products well and fully informed. We get along very well as colleagues, nothing more to say. I've learnt and grew in the company to a point where I can open my own similar company. I enjoy customer service, building a relationship with customers and making sure they happy and walk out with something in their hand as a sale. Early openings is a challenge sometimes.
