My Experience at my current work place is as follows.

Work starts at 08:30 and normally I start capturing at 09:00. We are a young group and work as a team. I have learned alot about marketing and how to make an impact in this difficult field. During what we call the Opens Days I am assigned as a Team Leader where I drive to various destination around the country with a team of promoters to promote our various products. This is indeed my favourite part of the job. I am sometimes drowned in data to be captured with the allocated time not being enough and as the only data capture sometimes I find it challenging but push myself to achieve the goal.

Pros: The working environment is very comfortable and the work is faily simple to understand
Cons: There is no real room for growth and promotions and the salary doesn't cover my expenses.

Excellent

I have enjoyed working at bsk marketing because of the training and traveling we do when we promote brands from different companies and working with different people seeing people happy to see us as we happy to see them I love working with me co-workers because of the good relationship we have

BSK has helped me expand my knowledge of how small businesses contribute to the communities.

Here at BSK we work in a small Home Office. We are a marketing company which consists of the office workers aswell as the field workers. During the busy seasons we are required to work on weekends and sometimes travel outside the province. We are generally a young group consisting of both males and females of different races. There's is nothing really challenging cause most of the time I sit at my desk and type the whole day.

Pros: BSK has given me a chance to learn about marketing and business in general
Cons: It does get a bit boring doing exactly the same thing everyday. I need more challenges and responsibilies

Learning curve

a good company to work for overall, but do feel that it is time to change companies, feel that it is far from where i live and it doesnt make sense because i spend most of my money on transportation
