Great opportunity to get commission if you do make target
I love working at Browns. They have excellent incentive opportunities when you reach your targets. When your will8ng to relocate there is opportunity availavle for it. They have a learning programme available if you qualify.

Excellent learning curve
Allows you to work independently and apply own strategies in the areas of responsibilities, the culture of the business is family oriented and people are always willing to help each other, we always strive to build a good working relationship with each other, there is high volume or transactions which maximize pressure but we always pull together to reach deadlines.

Excellent sales woman
I have the knowledge to run the store completely on my own if necessary as I have had extensive training from administration, stock control, merchandising, computer literate, sourcing stock & of course selling to very high end international clients as well as celebrities.
Pros: Opportunity to relocate anywhere in South Africa

Sales Manager and senior luxury sales.
I am excellent at selling. I love to be at the top of my game. I am very reliable. I focus on solutions rather than problems. I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers.
Pros: I wok very hard to be promoted as quick as possible and have strong leadership qualities.
Cons: Struggle to find a balance between working and personal time.

Good experience
Working in retail is not easy. The hours are hectic and as an administrator the work becomes monotonous. I personally would not want to go into sales therefore there was no growth opportunities for me in kzn. Our regional offices are in jhb and opportunities for me would be more possible. Browns is a lovely company to work for. I would say their incentives are amazing and motivating.

Fast paced environment
Morning is a fast paced and demanding environment. Culture is inconsistent and management does not practice what they preach Definitely not suited to anyone who enjoyed taking their annual leave or who enjoys having time with their family and friends. You are expected to work 24/7
