Big Challenge
As Operation manager I was responsible for 3 buildings, the cleaners , security and all maintenance that needs to be done was my responsibility. I also have meetings with contractors raise orders for work to be done and sign off work , doing shop inspections doing take on and take back inspections.. I did have a good relationship with my tenants they know they could call me anytime . Once a month we did have manpack meeting with the landlord, at that meeting we discuss all work that we done work need to be done and also new tenant applications and finances and budgets.
Pros: I am retrenced
Cons: Sometimes when we travel to our building we on the road thwe whole day .

7-3h30 shift good working relationship with co workers always do your job and accurately plan my work and work superiors requesting things at last minutes all the time
Pros: no opportunity for higher position
Cons: leaving workplace late because of last minutes urgent request
