It's a good company with great professionalism
I work in a facility by the name of bophelong clinic I m deployed the and the working conditions r normal but from Monday to Thursday it is always full in the clinic so we capture large volumes of files and new patients

Good learning curve
It is a very professional working environment and the colleagues there are nice and it is easy to work with. I have learnt to be professional and have phone etiquette. The executives there have humanity and show interest in what is going on on the ground level. It was challenging having to deal with people for the whole nation and still meet deadlines. Every morning when you get to the office you already know your duties for the day and there will not be anyone to supervise you you have to be responsible for your own work. The job also requires being flexible and be able to travel to different facilities and fulfill what needs to be done there around data collection

PROFILE I was born in Mpumalanga, under Nkangala district in a village called Pieterskraal A in Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality and previously worked for numerous companies in 3 different provinces under the field of Information Technology, I am an honest, reliable 31 years old man who is looking to explore his skills in a new environment. I have 4 years’ 7months experience in the field of IT. I am hard working, enthusiastic and a good team player when it comes to completing my tasks. I am willing to relocate anywhere in the country. I am always up for new challenge with new people. I am deadline orientated and have the ability to organize and present complex solutions clearly and accurately. A highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic
From July 16 until November 17 I was working in the office in Rosebank my duties was to make sure that my co-workers submit they timesheet and leave form in time. I was working very well with my co-workers. after they have place me in the clinic were I was a data capture and admin support. I have learned so much in the clinic working with people who need my attention to get the medication. I have enjoyed working with old people and learn respect and understand them.

Using technology in rural areas
A normal workday has two meetings one in the morning,sub district level and one in the afternoon,district level and visits are done to seven allocated facilities for supervision,10 staff members allocated in four facilities and monitored daily through visits and reports send daily as well as weekly meetings,challenges are experienced where there sure no staff members and one has to physically do the job

Im a team player and hard worker
Working for my company its a great experience ive learn a lot in the Health industry and working with patients has been a great exposure on how to relate to other people and I've learn to be a team player and being innovative I've learn to care and work well with my co-workers confidentiality is the key as we work with patients files whom are HIV positive
