the company is very good. am a fast learner and i love working with people who are sick who neess help i will be the goos nurse in your company and the company will benefit alot from me.

Im a team player and hard worker
Working for my company its a great experience ive learn a lot in the Health industry and working with patients has been a great exposure on how to relate to other people and I've learn to be a team player and being innovative I've learn to care and work well with my co-workers confidentiality is the key as we work with patients files whom are HIV positive

Working in a Clinic
Working in a Clinic I work with HIV position patients, I enjoy it because taking care of people is one of the things I enjoy the most. But there are challenges at work, sometimes we don't see eye to eye. But I avoid conflict because I'm there to assist. What is not good about my job is that I'm exposed to many illnesses. But the nice things is that they teach us on how to protect ourselves , like making sure that you eat breakfast before you start work to avoid getting TB. My co-workers are friendly and they are easy to work with. If you don't understand they explain very well and they help you if you have problems, they even help you without asking. It nice working in the clinics because you meet different people and you engage with them you learn their culture and traditions. You listen to their problems and they listen to yours.

Cons: Being exposed to infections like TB and MDR

Good learning curve
It is a very professional working environment and the colleagues there are nice and it is easy to work with. I have learnt to be professional and have phone etiquette. The executives there have humanity and show interest in what is going on on the ground level. It was challenging having to deal with people for the whole nation and still meet deadlines. Every morning when you get to the office you already know your duties for the day and there will not be anyone to supervise you you have to be responsible for your own work. The job also requires being flexible and be able to travel to different facilities and fulfill what needs to be done there around data collection

Brhc is a better company to be
Exactly i like the way the company keep on updating the team about every changes even if is midnight (emails now and then)theyknow how to use channel of communication with their stuff / team Relationship was good , i learned so much from my team lead and (CNA) .And without respectand listening you wont gain anything . I enjoyed health to do education to patients and phone lost to follow patients because some they understand better while you phone and come back to care for re initiation or for initiation .And i really enjoyed a phlebotomist duty. BUT not to meet target is a big challenge because you are not alone in a facility that you suppose to reach targets

Excellent learning curve for me I won't mind working for this company again
It was a wonderful working experience for me,having to learn new things and new people with different cultures and morals,but best of all they were good to me and I would love to work there again

Experience and learning gained is priceless
Typical day: scrums with scrum master/project manager for entire team using Agile. Perform tasks as per diary, appointments, site meetings, continue with assigned projects tasks, milestones. Relationships with co-workers: excellent relationships with all colleagues, including external clients and stakeholders. Very popular with all working contacts. Learnt: huge learning and where to start...to ensure good, strong relationships are built and maintained, as this forms the basis for achieving the best results in terms of individual, company and clients goals and objectives. Only by together in harmony can these goals and objectives be achieved, team work and ongoing consultations and collaboration is key. Technical aspects is vast per assigned project. Enjoy the most: although, it's a high pressured and challenging environment, but it's the fulfilment, great feeling when closing out a project and seeing the fruits of the hard work put in, desired outcomes are achieved, it's the sweetest feeling!
Pros: Increased knowledge and learning, and the experience gained is fantastic
Cons: Security, working in S.A. is through US government funding and job loss or retrenchment is inevitable at some point, which was the case for myself, being retrenched this year. To add to this, the company does not have a pension or provident fund.

A highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic
From July 16 until November 17 I was working in the office in Rosebank my duties was to make sure that my co-workers submit they timesheet and leave form in time. I was working very well with my co-workers. after they have place me in the clinic were I was a data capture and admin support. I have learned so much in the clinic working with people who need my attention to get the medication. I have enjoyed working with old people and learn respect and understand them.

Great work environment and exposure and allows one to serve a greater mission than oneself. Great team and company perks. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to grow in his or her career.
