Requires excellent driving skills and over long distances, requires a tactful approach, requires logical thinking and staying organized and alert/aware, technical and non-technical report writing.

It is an excellent learning curve,because you are surrounded by people who always want to help you.

Work with people.I can stand going up and down the whole day.As long as myclients are smilling at the end of the day. Working with people has taught me how to listern and patience. Not learning as much as i want to. Like i work with Noc Systems, i only deal with Noc cannot touch anyting beside Noc.

Pros: it is a good oppotunity to learn.Has friendly stuff,
Cons: lack of resources.

Learning and adapt to change

I always try to keep a positive attitude to show how much I enjoy my job. Every day I come to work with a smile on my face. One of my strengths is that I keep my managers and coworkers informed of my work progress. I use my creativity in any role I am in within the team, I don’t rely on common methods to solve a problem but address each situation with creative solutions. I look at each problem with a fresh perspective. I try and motivate myself and others around me to keep improving.

Excellent for new technology and working with different people

I'm enjoying to work with the teams like meeting new guys from subcontractors which I managed. The most challenging part is manage the subcontractors with time management. It's a very exciting job although the chances of growth are very scarce.

Pros: Great opportunity for new technology.
Cons: Too much travelling

Excellent learning curve

It is a totally new environment for me, I am learning a lot since my portfolio is large now. I am responsible for ERM, Fraud, Business Continuity and Insurance. I report to an Executive: Compliance, Risk and Audit, I also write reports for EXCO, Audit and Risk Committee, Board and Parliament Portfolio. I get an opportunity to act as an Executive, I have a delegation of authority which means I have a limited financial approvals. I enjoy working with my colleagues, my typical day at the office will be meetings from junior staff up to Executives. on a quarterly basis I get to have one on one meetings with Executives on monitoring their risk mitigation strategies.

Conducive learning.

The working environment is very conducive and it allows me to learn. The training that I'm currently getting is in telecommunication. The environment has has allowed me to learn a lot of principles and skills. The computer skills have improved which include the Microsoft Office(Word,Excel and PowerPoint). i have learnt to multitask and to address the customer's problems. I have learnt that in the business environment there are lot of different personalities, so i learnt to do my work and neglect any distraction that comes from negative personalities.

Pros: Added my knowledge in different stream, communication skills, independence working,
Cons: not enough exposure to Electrical engineering aspects.
