Great company to grow within

I've learnt a lot over the years in various fields, environments and conditions. I have a firmer understanding of administration processes as well as how to adapt and appreciate each and every situation and take the positive aspects in order to make the best of every situation. Broad Reach is a very inspiring company for many reasons. Apart from being in the office behind your computer I have learnt a lot and built close ties with colleagues and the client. Its taught me to be more compassionate and understanding, to work and to have fun like its my last day, so every day is a thrill and an appreciating. every day at work is a good one that we look forward to Monday rather than Friday. In the beginning the challenging aspect was reaching our targets when time seemed to be running out, but through our synchronous relationship as a team we've overcome that phase and work smarter than harder, which has minimized our setbacks and added to our success as a team.
