Nice experience

As a Business Process Analyst I model Analyse and improve business processes and elicit requirements. Meeting with prices owners to review and validate processes. Liaises with Business Analysts to encorporate technology changes on the business process.

Excellent exposure to SAP Implementations

Working at Plascon has its challenges. A day at work is filled with over ambitious consultants who wants to take certain positions, which makes it difficult to work professionally as sometimes you do not know who is in charge of what. Otherwise i like the fact that i am not micromanaged. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and i am Team player. I have learnt a lot from Manageing the IBP Project being implemented by Britehouse.The approach and the knowledge sharing. Most challenging about the job was managing the implementation of a new SAP Tool IBP , managing the complicationsand how to change mindset of the business.

Pros: Happy that i am not micro managed
Cons: IT Structure not well defined

Excellent learning experience

The employees are friendly and very helpful I have learned a lot not only as an individual, but also as a team player I enjoy the culture The most challenging aspects would be taking on new projects and making the clients happy

Good

I am always want to learn new technologies and strongly believe that imagination is more important than Knowledge. Communication between the developers and testers are very important. I have overall % 5+ years of experience on Software Testing(Manual and Automation with Selenium).

Experience

Britehouse gave me the relevant experience in the IT field and then allowed me to transfer into the Sales industry where I feel I have flourished. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues A typical work day includes writing Proposals/Quotes and client engagement meetings I very much enjoy sales The most challenging aspects are that I have not received an increase in 3 years and being in sales am not on a commission structure.
