I always participate in every work needs to be done. I' ve worked for the company since the opening but I'm not permanent even now. Growth is not given for everyone Co-workers are fine because we do support each and other in lot of things

We work as a team, my relationship with my co-workers is stable,I learnt how to use a bandsaw,

We work as a team to archive most of the work we are supposed to do, we have a strong team work and we work as brother and sisters, I've learnt how to cut a meat, also being trained to be a supervisor, I enjoyed cutting meat, the most challenging aspects is when it's month end the busy time

Perfect learning to work with team work

i like team work and i like to work over time hours. my aim is to implement the image of the compay. i create good relationship with my colleagues. and i have ability to work, i comply any conditions of the company.i respect every one who is around me. and also a motivator to push work.
