I am always willing to learn,

I have learnt to manage customer service, working with different people, knowing of SAP although I am still willing to learn more. Auditing of invoices making sure it balance according to the document, petty cash and cash purchases on weekly basis.

Excellent Learning Curve, Good Working Environment, Good Relationship with Co-Workers,

Boxer is a good growing company. As any of all growing companies, the nice thing to work for them is a certainty. I enjoyed my stay, as I have learned a lot about the industry, and got a chance to show my capabilities and provide my expertise. I have a best of relationship with my co-workers and learned a lot from them as well. The office work and the on-site construction work is nice to have in one job description, but putting in work no matter which environment, is more fun. The most challenging aspects about Boxer, and being a Quantity Surveyor there, is that things are done differently than Construction companies. They have their own database of suppliers, of which does not give them a chance to a competitive price on the works. Having the same person doing the job will cost as much as he/she feels. But when you give away a chance for a pool of people to quote. You get a competitive price and get to choose less cost for the same quality of work.

Pros: Good company for Stability, Growth
Cons: Not the main stream of Quantity Surveying

Excellent

Working hours Are too Low. Relationship is Very Good I've learnt to Work Under pressure And Like to Challenge myself in Every task that was Given , and Time managem I really enjoy working as Team, Because as Team we Come With An EXTREMELY solution that Will cover up all Employees ent Working in unsafe place will be the most challenge

Motivated

As motivated employees we had a good relationship with other employees we were a family. Ive learnt alot from them ,what i enjoyed most is the love wehad amongst each other. I dont remember having challenges because we used to help each otherin every corner.

Fast learning

I was cool at work my co-ownr love me I enjoyed working with others I learn that costumes always right Face people and doing what is right I learn that rashing a taught is always right You must not put your self first Work with gourp if you asked to do so is so important

Working at my company is tough it needs a strong person who is patient.

My company is the worst to work for especially the one in Mahube because there's no peace in it everything is just a m.Theres too much of conspiracy dishonesty not welcoming environment especially to us the employee's

Pros: Opportunity at obtaining experience
Cons: Long working hours, lifting heavy stuff,no teatime, not always getting 1hour lunch, small salary,lack of change,no work n life balance
