Iam a team player I like to work as a team and I always listen to opinions of my co workers,iam a down to earth,respective,hard worker and i can’t adapt on any environment.iam always ready to learn to things,I have code 10 drivers with pdp and I having it for 11years now.i was working as care taker for youth at Bosasa just to provide security to them and make sure that they are 100%

Salary depend on Sundays, holidays and more hours

I enjoy working because I know why I woke up in the morning going work,my colleagues thinks I'm strict, think in love company than them while I show them how to work accordingly by following the job descriptions, orders,instruction from supervision, telling is not about him/her is all about work, what I learnt in this category is that u will never satisfy what called human being ,you do good to them they keep complaining, my relationship is good ,what enjoy most is when we get to the understanding at the end and they always need help from me that's makes me say wow!!most challenging is when our client want me to my work on her/his favor

Presure makes diamond.

I enjoy what i do. I have build many thing on time on budget.but the company we started working for ran away with clients money. So i took it on myself too finish the contract for the client, it a 20milj+- copper plant.. The project is on it end and i need to find some new work. And i find it difficult to find something.

Pros: Im working for a great boss and was a pleasent site

Recognition not giving where it's due

I work from 7 to 4 everyday. My relationship with my co workers is strictly professional. I have learned to understand people's feelings. The most challenging thing is working with juveniles.

Great learning curve

Its very nice to work at my company but I need a new challenge now I get on well will all my co-workers. I learned a lot on Trustmaster an Grateplanes. I enjou most of all to work with people that's my strength

I take every challenge as a learning curve

i am very enthusiastic person who I have interpersonal skill and I can manage time, I have a good conflicts resolution, a good communucating skill with computer skill

Excellent experience gained

My typical day at work would start by switching on the computers,looking at the meetings scheduled for the day then set up the boardrooms for the meetings. My relationship with my co-workers was great because they got to delegate some of their work to me when they were extremely busy.
