Excellent learning curve

Good relationship with my fellow workers and management cause I am always trying to improve myself.The company has sent me for a lot of training courses and I started at the bottom and is currently qualified refrigeration mechanic

Learning new system, working on Excell

Busy environment. Good relationship with co-workers Learned the new systems (e.g Uniclox) Enjoy doing reporting on Excel and doing partly of Payroll. Paying attention when you capture the hours on the system before being captured on Payroll Pastel.

Pros: Great experience working with wage staff
Cons: No promotion and and career growth. Still experiencing the issue of colour.

\\\\\Good company wtih no improrovement and educational opportunities but lots of skills to learn and good management with a clear vision to grow globally

Arrive at 07h00 start working at 07h45 make sure desk is clean, take a look at my daily task that need to be done add additional task greet customers and have to put a smile on face. I have learnt that filing is very important in an organisation, i enjoy communicating with people. i dont really have a challenge

I have taken on a new challenge in the air conditioning industry.

I found the air conditioning industry very challenging and have gained a lot of knowledge in the pass 1 year of my contract. I am currently searching for a permanent position in the Quality field irrespective of industry. It is exciting to work with people who understand and adhere to the QMS of the company. I have experience a good teamwork effort with all the people throughout the company of which you very seldom find in other companies.

Pros: Due to a contractural basis there is no opportunities for promotional prospects.
Cons: I am always prepared to put in long hours for the interest on the company if and when required.

Role Description: Technical Buyer for Mechanical and Electronics components. Analyzing drawing for heat ventilation air-conditioning system for military vehicle and Railway Trains, single line diagrams for collision warning system for underground mines and prepare bill material for electronics raw material and mechanical components. Oversee the purchasing of technical goods and services for an industrial operation.

No challenges

I do inspection of incoming fabrications and components against engineering drawings, using a Vernier and measuring tape. Record readings on inspection recording sheet, record purchase order information in the inspection certificate book and upload data on the data base spreadsheet. If accepted goods will be forwarded to the receiving officer to book goods into stores, if rejected I will raise an NCR against supplier and return goods to supplier with the relevant findings. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. There is nothing new that I have learned about my work because of the experience I have in Quality

Pros: I am not happy at present company
Cons: Work a lot of overtime in order to get a better salary
