New Industry, Learning something new

I can’t see what I’m typing since worlds I’m typing does not appear. Is just white and a moving curser as I type. I can’t give review kindly please assist on the matter

Great company to work for

Excellent training programs for employees, hands on work experience, learnt to overcome stage fright by conducting safety inductions every Thursday , staff that I work with are professional and offer great advise from their specific fields. Something new was learnt daily either work related or people's behaviours, when we laughed we laughed hard, when we worked we worked hard

Pros: Bench marking of different solutions becomes exciting as Bombela is the only high speed rail in South Africa
Cons: Sometimes working behind a computer becomes monotonous

I have learned to handle big projects on my own,time management

It has been a great learning experience working at BOC,it taught me to meet deadlines,delegade and manage suppliers and supplier contracts. Learned how to negotiate pricing.

Entry level career start off

Working with many different personalities can be challenging ,tough as well. I have a great working relationship with colleagues ,and I’ve learnt to be patient. The most challenging part is my working hours which is stranious.

Excellent experience

Relationship is very good with Co workers and we working shifts. The challenging is mostly customers, so you must know what you doing at most time. I've learned so many things by working there like customer comes 1st.

Honestly I am not happy here, growth prospects are very limited. I also feel the company doesn’t appreciate the staff, there’s no professionalism. I need a job, I need to move

Excellent communicator

A hardworked with excellent attention to detail. Work well with my colleagues I enjoy doing month end reports I have learnt that work is enjoyable and need you to understand it
