Best ability to learn

I always do the best in any job . being a manager means you must be able to know the job at hand and also the team you are working with . manage and delegate the work amongst all to achieve the best performance . address any problems to work with a happy and willing team liaising with the couriers and customers I enjoyed the most the most challenging is to meet the target set for the month

Pros: learning more and trying to do better every day
Cons: up to 12 hours a day working
