A topical day at work
Working for Bolt, entails driving different brings from different backgrounds and races to various destinations. Working for Bolt also furthermore allows me as a being to see parts of the country that was unknown to me. Bolt has the ability to build ones confidence as well. It allows me to build relationships and strengthen my interpersonal skills. I have learnt that everyone needs to be treated equally, with respect and dignity. The most challenging aspect i'd consider, is having to get know someone and the possibility of never seeing them again. Other then that, delivering excellent customer care is what i enjoy doing. The joint agreement with fairness with co-workers allow Bolt, as a developing platform to be a great opportunity for self growth as well as financial stability

Bolt give us an app to assist us to get our clients.this means the more you get a client the more you get paid on Commission base asbbolt need 153 percent of what I have work for

Perfect industry for growth
Very exciting .i get to meet new people everyday and interact with different races and cultures. It's very important to learn new things everyday and level up to any circumstance in whatsoever situation. I solve problems and meet challenges everyday. I'm a free spirit and want to advance my dreams and learning strategies every moment that counts. It's a blessing

Great platform to interact with various characters.
No one manages you, you are basically your own boss. You work whatever time you want to and pay the company 26% commission of what you have made. It is a great job because you get to meet and interact with different individuals. It also comes with danger of being hijacked or getting into an accident because you are always on the road.

Bolt is a freat company it gives a lit of inexperienced people a chance to work fpr themselves and get some experience meeting a lot of people working with a lot of people

Driving expierience
iiI enjoy driving and going places and not being stationery .Being a Bolt driver was a very good expierience ,it taught me resilience and how to manage my time and petrol.It also taught me how to multi task and navigate cautiously whilst driving.My boss (The fleet owner) would check up on me thrice a day for atleast two weeks to check up on me and see how i was doing.I enjoyed being behind the wheel and spending most of my time going and seeing places.To me everything was exciting because i would not know where my next trip would take me ,it was exciting not knowing were i would end up at the end of the day.. i enjoy
