I’m 30 Years of age with a BCOM Honours Degree. I am Multi-skilled majoring in the fields of Information systems, Business Management and Maritime Shipping. I have 7 years experience working in the sales and Information systems & technology field. I have excellent communication, presentation and client relation skills and experience identifying the client’s needs and forming solutions. I’m always striving to achieve and perform at my very best with excellent verbal and communication skills managing +- 50 clients in the major South African industry. Excellent company.
Excellent company to work for and you gain a lot of experience and exposure by being involved in various projects in and out of South Africa. There is diversity in culture and religion and everyone respects each other. The senior management are very professional and take time to interact with staff as well as make time to give staff regular updates about any changes happening within the group.
Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Unlimited working hours when there is a project underway

Excellent
I have 10 years’ experience in Warehousing/ Returns, Dispatching, Receiving, Invoicing, Credit note process, Stock Control, Management Level; I have been working in different software which is SAP, BAAN, SCM and Speed. I have Code 10 License with my own transport. I am a hard worker and work well in a team. I strongly believe by having this opportunity, I can make a positive contribution in the business. Skilled communicator, good judgmental skills, able to maintain relationships among employees.
when you enter the workplace you come across people with different personalities. as a motivated employee i have to accommodate those personalities and focus on the fact that the job is being done. communication is very important aspect in the workplace. when management appreciate what i do is what motivates me more than anything.
Pros: management was now starting to value the employees, but for me it was to late to stay in such company.
Cons: employees are not well taken into consideration for their personal issues.

I have learned a lot and have been granted the opportunity to explore and make my role my own.
I have learned a lot and have had had great opportunity to learn and move to different departments to get a full picture of how the whole company works effectively. I have worked in two worked with with very dynamic teams and have honed my spells that have made me a better professional.

Great experience gained
I have many years of experience within a Sales/Retail environment. There has always been a need for me to provide training to staff at multiple levels. For the last 4 yrs I have been in a senior training role,including a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system & TMS (Transport Management System).

Learning about freight costing, the incorterms, the international trading standard like the NRCS
Enjoy having a clear understanding about clients current state, knowing their frustrations and pain points. Based on that feedback, I'm a better position to offer them a comprehensive solution. I also enjoy dong my own estimates based on the rates that I've reposed to clients. I also involve the controller with plannings and ensure that I do a proper handover to the Sea/Air/Road controller. This is a high pace industry and you have to make sure are on your toes and you should have an understanding of the international market, trends, news, you have to be updated all the time. However, the most important and critical is to pay attention to details because we are dealing with high value shipments.

Tend to tenders requirements from a QHSE prospective Assist staff in locating documents on the Internet Internal auditing of departments' Updating of SOP's., WI's and forms Get along very well with co-workers I enjoy doing Internal Audits Most challenging is external audits with clients

Good
well organised , housekeeping loading trucks and containers in the yard. Relationship with co-workers is everyone has its own task to finish but working as a team also give me a good experience on how to get ideas of the company. learnt how to work as a team in the warehouse and how to solve problems as a team in the warehouse and respect one another as we work. I enjoyed this job cause it gives me the challenge of the warehouse and the effort that i must perform as in the team as to reach the target that is set in the warehouse team.

It was a good company because they give everyone a opportunities everytime
I don't have much bad for that because on my side it was a good company. I rate them 78% than the other companies that I worked company because the other companies they don't give people opportunities.
