Typical work day would be planning and assessing product and process changes that comes with new product, then building a test car and validating quality, process and operator workpackages. What I continuously learn is the importance of good process planning and change management as a whole. For this to be successful one needs to have good relationship with co-workers which is what I always strive for. The most difficult part about the job is resistance of change, but with good relationsip with operators you get to explain the benefit in order to get their buy-in into processes and workpackages.

Excellent global exposure and opportunity tocontinue development

Excellent relationship with colleagues, target performance management, training and coaching, system development an publication, communication of OHS topics, auditing, report writing and publication, incident reporting to DOEL, incidebt investigatiobs, meetings, change management, contractor mabagement. I am know to be quite passionate about OHS and take compliance matters serious. I enjoy my work in all aspects. Most challenging is to sway top management to take ownership

I take every challenge as a new opporunity to grow

I am exposed to many different cultures all around the globe (example China, India, Brazil, Germany, Russia, Asia, Thailand), having to understand the foreign legal complexities as well as cultural differences in order to achieve optimum results in the team. In spite of the fact that our partners are within different time zones, I have an outstanding record that all my projects have been delivered on time with the highest quality. I love leading a team and to inspire and motivate my co-workers so that we can achieve the best results. I have learnt that planning is one of the most important factors to ensure success. I enjoy seeing how my team has grown to become very strong under my guidance and how good we all will support and assist no matter the time or day. The most challengeing aspect is finding new solutions with every new project.

Cons: International clients therefore there is not a time where a client is not "on-line" in the world
