Good working environment offering learning experience.

offers exposure good working relations with coworkers good inerpersonal relations punctuality and competiveness are key one must always pay attention to detail to avoid delays in the production line working for an agent one does not get paid well, no benefits and getting below living wage find working stressful as there are no monetary rewards even if one is committed to work

Installation and maintence electrician

I'm an N4 qualified electrician with many years of industrial exerience. I am looking for a job as an electrician I have great industrial exerience in a.c. and dc drives, motors, plcs , printing machines ovens presses, robots welding machines and high speed packaging machines.

Pros: I by working for a new company I am bound to continue improving on my techniques as an electrician by meeting new challenges and new colleagues.
Cons: working long hours will remain a challenge but I have to be prepared mentally coz it's part of the profession.

Great workplace to gain Experience

I was working as a Student under Production Engineer. I worked with Quality Control and maintenance group. I was managing Projects. I have been an assistant to my manager when it comes to 3 shifts and groups of people we lead.

Pros: Good working environment to grow in the industry
Cons: Overtime hours

Great development structures in place

In this company, training is their strongest side. I have learned a lot about their systems. Programming, Robotics and general employer and employee relation. On a daily basis I service atomizer, rollers for the conveyor, steering of production, attending to any technical related breakdowns in the whole plant, working as a team, interacting with robots and all machines relating to application. Mechanical and electrical fault finding. We use HMI's and the Scars to help fault find. Time is one of the biggestvconcerns in the plant. Reporting and escalation procedure are very important and should be adhered to. This is the greater challenges in the plant as one is given only 5min to escalate.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and for a person who is looking not to explore more of their skills and be challenged.
Cons: Shift are not suitable for all people.

My typical day at work requires alot of concentration on project work , planning detailed project schedules and attending daily stand ups as a scrum master. I work with alot of people and organise alot of project details and activities. People are a centre of my portfolio , I work well with people and i try to contribute to alot of project ideas. I manage JIRA and Confluence amd ensure reports are clearly visible to managment. I am a certified aglie project manager which is an addedd bonus in my current role as i apply this techniques and skills to my current projects. I enjoy been given tasks that challenge me and grow me in a leadership position . I love getting things done and most of all getting to complete my tasks whether postivie or negative with risks and issues rasied,

Pros: Agile enviroment with alot of pootential to add value
Cons: too many strategtic decisions that get projects delayed

Good learning experience

I have worked at BMW SA during my work integrated learning I have done PLC workshop one, where I developed a great interest in PLC technology and would love to further my career I. This direction During the course of my work experience I did maintenance on production equipment Preventive maintenance Corrective maintenance
