Complex environment

I am currently employed by Blue label telecoms, My current positions is a Trade marketing and consumer marketing in-depth across all channels nationally. I coordinate all trade marketing materials and events working very close with the graphic designer, and reporting to the trade marketing manager. we have a very strong team both professional and socially, the department is still young for the company therefore everything created by our is fairly new, including the processes put together by our team. I enjoy introducing productive change and the output after all activities. It is a challenging envirnment of which doesnt allow an individual to get off their tip toes, always aim for growth.

I am Lydia Nonyane have started to work @ blue label connect in2006 until 06/06/2018 due to termination of employment and I am not working at the present moment I would like to explore into the new company and willing to learn more and gain more experience and built a good relationship with customers and bring in new ideas and capable to go extra mile and working as a team

Excellent leadership

I have learned to work under pressure and developed the leadership skills as I have been promoted to be the team leader in our workshop... I did enjoy a lot as I have develop inter personal skill too

Very productive company but no growth further than where i am

Its nice working for my company its very youthful in the company always a creative working environment ive alot from the company in terms of time management and being proactive in situations its called for the environment in general is quite nice as its always fun to work and its work first and play later thats the kind of people we were always a postive vibe from morning right through the day

Pros: Working with positive people and generally the benefits
Cons: No growth further than what i was doing and no opportunities in other departments

Excellent learning curve

Long working hours Salary not sufficient for the amount of work flow Potential for growth but very competitive environment It is A FAST PACE INDUSTRY cALL cENTRE IS A HIGHLY STRESSFULL ENVIROMENT

Seeking learning growth

My day involves supporting users with any pc, user accounts, emails, internet/ networking related issues. Could be in person or remotely. Handling escalations, training team members. Relationship with co-workers is good, we work very well with each other. I am enjoying resolving IT related issues, enjoying working in a team. Challenging part is not having a proper structure to be able to resolve tickets logged in a more sufficient manner.

Profesional

no benefit, relationship with co-workers is healthy,i gained more experience ,i enjoy working in team, no challenges. environment is fine, we have to meet the target on a monthly basis and bring the bed debt down,i have learned that it is important to work as a team and to encourage each other about work,my challenge about work, is when i deal with a difficult customer .

Professional leaning experience

Daily work is to: Daily crm queries from call center agent. Daily sends voucher queries to all the networks for validation. Import the feedback into crm. Monitoring of queues on crm.

Pros: New greener pastures

Excellent learning curve

I had a great experience at blue label telecoms. I learnt a lot in the finance department. I had proper training in reconciling cashbooks amd balance sheet. I was also good in Microsoft excel and there was growth as I was switched from an accounts clerk to a cash book controller.

Pros: Great opportunities, Great platform, Growth, Tuition fees for learning.
