Good working are needed

As a workers or employees we suppose to respect each other like don't undermine anyone on our job. the manager or supervisor must treat us equal live by forgiving somebody if he/she did a mistake

Pros: We must respect and carefully what ever we are doing on our jobs
Cons: If we can work long hours we must do a have an agreement to increase the amount

Re Aly you need to be a hard working per, there's fore where ever work that they give you, you have to do it, wo Rking hours, sometime you work over time which is challenging because you have to work even thou u tired, even thou you did not prepared yourself to work over time..
