Good working ethica

Hi I would say that I'm very fun to work with as no body ever has a dull moment around me. I get along with everyone and therefore my day is absolutely good. I enjoy talking to people and trying to help them out where it is needed. I learned that everybody is different in thier own way, therefore you must treat them different in order for them to understand you.

Pros: good working environment.
Cons: long work hours.

Excellent opportunity for self improvement

I have been exposed to the call center environment from an agents perspective and management experienc. I have learnt how to work under pressure and use my skills to make decisions to benefit the team as well.

Good work place

Working at blake its good..it a good teamworking company the relationship with co workers is very good we respecr each other..what i enjoy the most is the motivation and activities that they give us..bt then the moat challenging thing at work is meeting targets it very challenging.

Interesting in the team as outsourced i bealive my skills and work experience

A typical per day is excellent my relationship with co -workers is perfect and i learnt a lot and gain so my experience that i can even open and run business. I enjoyed working with team so that i can also learn more from them, is good to work with blake i like it , they do things on time, they keep us updated by everything so that we can know in time, working on this company can lead you to great opportunities in life, you can even share your skills and experience with those who dont know, i become problem solver by dig deep to the problems and thinking forwad to the future thing team work

Love working with people here

I work with great professionals and I love my job.it excited me and motivates me.i only wish my salary was upgraded to equal other organisations.i enjoy meeting deadlines and being exposed to different clients.

Great company to work for

Excellent working conditions, opportunity to grow within the company, great payment structure, basic training. What I enjoyed the most was that we basically wrote our own cheques, meaning the harder we worked, the more we earned. Great relationship with everyone including our management
