Bidvest is a good company but I'm looking for growth and a better salary ofcourse as greater responsibilities are approaching. I'm looking for new adventures learning new things and working towards my responsibilities in life.

Gaining more experience and knowledge

I know that I am not paid well. But I am very grateful that I have a job and willing to go that extra mile for my company I look forward coming to work and gain more knowledge on every sector I can

It's a good company, I just want to grow

Bidvest bank it's a good company as bank, you learn a lot of things,doing banking, investment, payment, "query for the customer's, it's just I want to grow

Pros: Working at bidvest bank it's nice, the problem you can't grow
Cons: 8 hours a day

Excellent experience within a growing Bank

I was fortunate to have joined BidvestBank when it became a fully fledged Bank and moved away from specialising in Foreign Exchange only. The Bank has evolved within not only Banking products, procedures but also technology. It has an amazing Banking app and customer service improves with each challenge by far. I have enjoyed the experience especially from a Learning and Development aspect. The Company is very encouraging to empower each staff member where knowledge and training is concerned. Each day is new and exciting as the staff learn new techniques and procedures along with the Bank.

Pros: Great opportunity for Fantastic Learnerships
Cons: Salary brackets are lower compared to other Banks

Great learning culture and teamwork abilities

I have a passion for Marketing and Sales as it is the core driver of any business success. I have worked in the highly competitive financial industry all my life and work well under pressures and always live up to my required expectations through success and achieving pre set goals and targets. I work well with teams but can also work alone and un-monitored as I know how to set my goals in line with work expectations

Pros: I learn quick
Cons: I don't enjoy admin much
