Excellent training

Working at the Bidvest Tank Terminals was good, we were treating each other with respect ,we were like a family. We would carry out our daily duties as required according to the company's SOPs. I enjoyed working everyday because we did everything as a team and if one does not understand something others would make it clear.i did not find anything challenging because everything we did was on the job profile and we were all fit for the tasks.

Good communication

In my company we start at 7:00 with a planning meeting and also at 15:50 we attend a meeting to communicate about jobs which have been completed. We do preventive maintainance work and also breakdowns. We put our safety first and the customers are our priority. We prefer communicating at all times.

Pros: Great opportunity forpromotion
Cons: 15 hours
