Execellent

I work as a housekeeping desm clerk. I do the following duties. Answering calls. Attending to hotel guests. Welcoming guests. Attending guests queries. Doing reports. Admin work. I wotk very wellwith my collegues we have an understanding and respect towarfd one another. We work as a team. The company thought me to work in teams. Always reapect one another. Also to be able to handle preasure. The challenging times is when the hotel ia so full and we have to be on our toes and make sure service is delivered and make sure our guests are happy at all times.

Pros: There is a great opportunity for promotions in my company.
Cons: Up to 8 hrs.

I learned a lot from my colleagues here in Bryanston

We have an excellent relationship I’m always complimented on my attire I’m always asked what is my home language as I speak various languages I’m employed at Bidvest but outsourced to Gibella rail as a receptionist at an office in Bryanston. So if there are no meeting scheduled it tend to get very bored cause I just sit and do nothing the whole day. But if there meeting I get to arrange the boardroom and organize lunch. Ensure there is water on the table I’m a very handson person and for me to sit and do nothing can be very frustrating

Pros: No real growth but you can learn a lot from all the different departments
Cons: You can get bored easily especially when there no meeting held at the office
