Excellent learning curve.

I have good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Open lines of communication, can interact with all employees within the organization. I can follow others and I'm a good listener, i pay attention to details. Open minded and have very good problem solving skills. Good time management. I carryout my duties in a effective, efficient and safe manner. I am highly reliable, dependable, dedicated and poses strong work ethic.

Execellent

I work as a housekeeping desm clerk. I do the following duties. Answering calls. Attending to hotel guests. Welcoming guests. Attending guests queries. Doing reports. Admin work. I wotk very wellwith my collegues we have an understanding and respect towarfd one another. We work as a team. The company thought me to work in teams. Always reapect one another. Also to be able to handle preasure. The challenging times is when the hotel ia so full and we have to be on our toes and make sure service is delivered and make sure our guests are happy at all times.

Pros: There is a great opportunity for promotions in my company.
Cons: Up to 8 hrs.

Skill advancement

Bidvest Facilities Management believes in peoples development skills helping them sharpening their strengths through training so that interactions with clients is highly professional, I work in a very fast pase environment where 90 percent of your is urgent. We are separated in cluster as groups of four individual, so we work well in teams and understand each other not just in work related point but also personally. Planning my whole week and execute my plan well is what I enjoy most because I have learned to manage my own portfolio.

I am currently unemployed.

I am passionate about excellent service delivery, and I strongly believe that effective work brings about great and positive results in a workplace. I love the concept of acknowledgement, and another way of acknowledging my employer would be by setting a good example for my fellow colleagues by sticking to the “rich” values (honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality, etc…). I also have exceptional leadership quality.

Manage One Time Vendors, Sole Source Justification and Emergency Requests Co-workers In our department we have 3 x buyers, 3 x Procurement officers and 3 Senior Procurement officers: The 3 Senior Procurement officers are allocated about 20 clients/ plants on a National Basis. Excellent learning curve

It is amazing for my Organization. My Communication skills groe on a daily basis as I am dealing with customers personally and telephonically. I've learnt to be more calmer in situations as customers come with different emotions daily. I get to learn new things. I've a very good relationship with co workers as i keep it strictly professional and I ask help where necessary. I have learnt that in a corporate world it's not just about me but the team, I delagate. I enjoy putting my skills into action, that is problem solving. The most challenging aspect of my job is when a customer query hasn't been resolved ans still on call, customers tend to be impatient and not understanding of procedures. But i thrive to deliver excellent Customer services
