Excellent learning on Customer service
I was working at International airport for KLM & Airfrance airline for 5 years as Ticket Sales agent & Check-In agennt. as working at I be learnt how to deal with customer face to face everyday cause customer are different but I enjoyed meeting different people around the world tusing our airline. andi worked with good colleagues we help each other cause we lived what we doing

That was good and bad but i was always rise up every day with team work
I am very good person who like to work as a team dont like to be bossy always want opinion from other team-mate very humble and 365 days sober.pressure sometimes but at the end was good

Well my review about working at bid air is okay, our working hours are also okay, besides when working night shift. And wht I enjoy is working working with different types of people as working and also enjoy collaboration with my colleagues, and wht I learnt is that Respect is the clear of world.

It is a challenging place with different people from different countries.
It is a challenging place with different people from different countries, we have a strong team and bond with all the co-workers and i have learned how to speak foreign languages and how strong their are religiously. I enjoy my day to day tasks and the most challenging scenario is meeting a customer who does not know how to speak English or any language i speak.
Pros: great opportunities for growth.

Document verification
I enjoyed meeting new people from different countries and learning about new cultures. The hours were just hectic cause there's shift changes everyday with people calling in sick on a daily. The management team didn't care about our feelings or our well-being. Never had a life at the airport. Almost everyday I was at the airport.
