Learned so much.

I am a very hardworking loyal person. Definitely a team player and very organised. I have my own transport and I am never late. I will definitely not disappoint you. I love working with people. I make them feel welcome and important.

Excellent learning curve

BGC is an Auditing firm with around 50 employees. We used to work in the office and mostly work at client's premises conducting audits. We would go out as as a team of three individuals or work individually.

Good trainee courses

The firm is a bit stuck in the old ways of doing things especially when it comes to using computer software to its full capacity to assist with work load, the firm sometimes lacks creativity from the top leading to inefficiencies with more focused being placed on reviewing mistakes than having an decent thought out attack plan for each section of work being performed to ensure the right work is being done from the start. The firms resistance to change and lack of obtain a decent understanding of the needs, opinions and ideas of its employees and most decisions being made in a very hierarchical manner with no input from employees at ground level performing the work, more often than not leads to uncreative and unmotivated staff at the firm.
