II enjoy a good challenge and that is what Project management is all about. The challenge to balance the needs of the customers (end users) with the available resources, budget and system constraints. I have found ways to maximise this balancing act in my career and deliver some of the most rewarding projects. I believe in mutual respect between all team members as the base of a genuine and solid team spirit. It is important to recognise that everyone on the team contributes in their own unique way. During a project execution, I sincerely believe in a give and take attitude, sometimes you need to give a bit of leeway for the greater good, but there should be something given back in return. In this way I foster the need to contribute positively in individuals.
