The company has a lot of people and has a very diverse group of people. It's been a great learning experience and learning about the industry and how it fits into everything else

Goal driven

I believe setting goals and keeping to a time managed schedule completes tasks and with that comes a motivated team. With giving staff the opportunity to grow I also feel that training continuously keeps the mind active and the environment rich in knowledge.

Pros: Beautiful settings and a great environment
Cons: The General Manager is not performing his duties and he swears a lot for no reason

A company definitely worth working for.

The company definitely cares about the staff' wellness. It has such a strong organisational culture that is both customer focal and employee focal. The company is big on developing it's staff. A typical workday is that of a happy environment and at the same time develops high performing teams.
