It was good learning opportunity working to a big company like bearings international.
It It was one of exciting and challenging working st bearing's international ,because I starred working as a trainee from the main warehouse to all departments and I moved to Branch's working ad a store man doing administration jobs and also worked at a machine shop for a Short stint doing fitting and tuning.

Hard worker and willing to learn more

hi I am motivated young adult who has 6 to 7 years experience in receiving ,picking checking ,packing and dispatch(warehouse inbound and outbound)I think I could handle this position as and I have worked as a central floor supervisor and have been working for long in the warehouse.

When we go for training on the products
Working for Bearings international has given me the chance to learn a lot about bearings,Chains, Motors and Gearboxes. i love working with my colleagues, as we work as a team and always helping each other when the one is not available. the most challenging aspect of the job is when we learn some thing new. going for training and getting to know the product and how to sell it. what i enjoy the most is on a Friday afternoon when its quiet and we all get together and chat about weeks challenges and plan for the next week.
Pros: Great opportunity got promotion as we have branches all over South Africa
Cons: Normal hours from 8am to 4.30pm

Good seeing to customers, service. Not happy work environment, toxic
Previous 7years experience with BMG, complete opposite to Current employer, stock,internal in group and micromanaging issues. Great to learn each day but motivation level is on a very low due to the management. Focused on one employee and makes him shine tremendously in which affects rest of Team. No Team at this point

Great experience in corporate business environment
Experiencing great exposure to the corporate business environment and all its benefits. Also working under a lot of pressure due to the high demanding dead-line expectations, putting me to the test to improvise and overcome the daily challenges. Enjoy the proffessional environment. Learning a lot about team work and trust.

Since it was my first time to work in this industry I had a good experience. I also enjoy the training they giving to me to give me more knowledge about bearings, transmission and motors.

It's a great company to work for, the culture is one of family even though it's a corporate environment you not just a number. I have grown and learnt so much in this company and my current role.
