I'm a hard working Millwright that learns fast.
I'm a 25 year old looking for the oppertunity to proof myself. I have experience in enjection molding, granulators, mold rewiring, fold findind, panal wiring, extrusion and very good basic hand skills. I also have experience in Hydraulics and pneumatics. I enjoy mostly when I have a challenge and I succeed. Most challenging aspects of the job is not knowing whats coming next. I build good relationships with co-workers and help others. I like to share my knowledge and also to learn new things.

Best company for development and expansion of world view.
- Approving the purchase orders of buyers - Planning of the purchasing cycle - Checking stock levels of all branches (South Africa and over boarder) - Reporting to Head of Procurement projected/forecasted purchases, incoming shipments - Liaise with Logistics Department regarding incoming shipments - Working within the budget parameters set out. I enjoy working and interacting with the office workforce. I enjoy training staff and ensuring that staff members have solutions to dealing with problems/challenges encountered. Wherever one works with people of different backgrounds, there will be challenges, It is the navigating through these challenges that makes me feel fulfilled. Time management is so important, if pressure mounts one must know how to handle themselves.
Pros: Great place to learn the integration of the entire supply chain.
Cons: Long working hours, no regard for home time.

Enjoy teaching and learning new things. Great relationship with all staff. Can be extremely strict when it comes to security, especially IT security.

Lack of stracture
I love and enjoy my work l, but currently where I am working is chaos no structur, lack of management skills which leave us employees frastraited and most of the time taking the fall for management issues.
Pros: They pay for any overtime worked
Cons: You work untill 11pm and still be at work before 8am

AM EXCELLENT LEANER
my company its a big company working Monday to Friday working 9 hours per day . satarday its an over time am so friendly with my colleges we work very nicely I've learn too much to my colleges I enjoy working alone but I like working with team doing my own job.

Person growth
Greate company to work for , I believe I need to get out of my comfort zone and confront new challenges. I assist branch's will product support this has taken the most important motivation from my work. I soley get request from customers and I will select the product to offer and advise the branch to quote accordingly. I team player the relationship with colligues is great , I believe you are the only one you can make your work space injoyable. I have over eleven years with company learned excellent work ethics , discipline , respect and proactiveness. I had a massively great time with my current company will definitely will consider coming back in the future. No job with out challenges my has always been not coming across as being customer focused which is my motto in this industry.
