MY name is Nomagcisa, Im currently working as Document controler, I overlook BBI QMS controlling all company records, capturing all Non-conformances, Deviations, Corrective actions. I also modify and control changes of the procedures, as well as give training to staff. I conduct internal and external Audits ensuring that our supplier complies with our management systems. i work well with my colleagues, i have learnt how to work with team, and also individually, how to work under pressure and prioritize my work. i enjoyed to give positive feedback, and good results at the end of the day, i make sure my internal customers are happy, and communicate if there any problems encountered. most challenging aspects is working with difficult people, especially when you have a lot of things to do, communication is my only solution and keeping the promises i make.

I am currently a manufacturing operator.

For the past 18 years I have been working at our company as an operator. We make enzymes for research, diagnostic and pharmaceutical use. I have worked in different parts of our production area. For the last 10 years I have worked in the final department of production where we pack the final product for our customers .When required we assist the logistics department with packing of the product for shipment. As part of my job I have worked on different lab equipment. I do admin work as well like completion of batch records, data capturing in excel, completion of logbooks, drawing up and reviewing of procedures, etc. I am also required to drive the company bakkie when needed. I also assist with audits on a regular basis as our company is GMP compliant and in the process of becoming cGMP compliant.

Pros: We often do short courses at work as it is part of growing and staying on parr.
Cons: We are required to work weekends as well.
