Excellent learning curve

I am working for a very big and diverse company that has its legs in almost all the countries in the world with its base based in Germany, BASF is one of the world's chemical industry that produces various ranges of not only products but also solutions to certain delegate issues such as purifying contaminated drinking water. I am a Key Account Manager for Emergency Response for all African sites ranging from Kenya, Ethiopia, Zambia, Nigeria up North to Casablanca in Algiers and Morocco. My reason for wanting to leave is based on personal development and growth, more like career advancement and should this same opportunity arise in my current role I would surely submit my application as well.

Pros: Great opportunity for career development
Cons: Exectensive travelling in Africa and abroad

Excellent learning curve

We have a very good quality work place where employees safe us is priority. We also have a healty routine to extract tge best out of every employee. Its a very nice environment. As much 5he company culture ia great we also need a room to grow

Excellent learning curve

I have leant a lot at BASF especially with regards to policies and procedures as we recently had a red RC audit and managed to get green in the re audit which meant that I worked closely with our German specialists to get our risk assessments, work procedures and safety policies in place. This was a tremendous learning opportunity for me. My team of artisans are dedicated and a pleasure to work with.

Pros: excellent team work and support especial from our German counter parts
Cons: long working hours and permanent standby without remuneration

Great platform to grow

Its a small rural company specializing in various pesticides with few electrical machines to perform light duties . Most part of the job is done using hands . Most machines are hardly download. Lightning system varies from led lights , led tubes , no fluorescent lamps . Its a very simple eco friendly company.nothing major

Pros: very friendly site
Cons: long distance from the bus stop if you are using public transport

Excellent growth opportunities

Excompany not sta debut excellent growth oppurtunities. Exco can be very bias.. office culture can pose some challenges. Diversity. Upskilling of senior managers lacking. Focus on change management and introduce potentially change management and townhall discussions.

Very stressful

I am a friendly, trustworthy and reliable person that is highly motivated. I am able to work effectively within a team/group or independently and very deadline originated. I am able to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly with training. I am straightforward, positive, have a friendly personality and have a good sense of humour. This has aided me in the supervision of staff and dealings with suppliers. I have been in a position of trust, handling money, and equipment on behalf of the company. I firmly believe that one must never be afraid to try something new, life tend to get monotonous when you stay within the limits of what you already know. With that in mind I constantly seek for chances to grow and I see this as a growth opportunity to develop my working skills.
