Good learing experience
Good learing experience. There is a lot of different working environments. Management is strict. Not always a friendly environment and it is difficult to get promoted or to be employed permanent a specially when your a hard, dediacted worker. The company has very good medical aid and pension fund. Overall this is not a bad company to work for.

Gained a lot of experience
My 8 hour day starts with checking mails and clearing previous days request. creating PO and Invoicing updating reports seeing to all office duties assisting with all management request (see cv for all work processes) good relationship with co workers comfortable around others communication is respectful and direct i have gained a lot of experince l have a very good understanding on SAP I am self managed challengers at work will be the delay of promotion not being recognized for the work you accomplish

Working at Barloworld - KLL Distributors
This is quite a niche business We have two sections if we look at service and operations on inventory: We own stock and we control consignment stock (3rd party) We do sales, warehouse & distribution. We offer multi temperature storage (Frozen, Chilled, Ambient) Daily challenges, service, sales targets, and a huge variety of logistics issues to get resolved. Daily, weekly reports to be handed in before deadlines and reviews on it. Daily HSE, and see where we can improve on safety and risk daily. Manage to increase the business from 3 trucks 15 employees to date - 80 employees 20 trucks in CPT
Pros: I strive to go further and further in live and always put down Q vares out for me.
Cons: I have no issues to work long hours. Current I work away from home if needed, as i put everything in to succeed and that the business succeed and my team.

I enjoy working with my colegues who share the same aspirations and goals with me
I enjoy my job and I enjoy working with people I like to work with happy people who share the same aspirations and work ethics I like interaction with my collogues and my customers and I like to get involved in everything happening in our business I learned that it is very important to keep strong relationship with customers. It's very difficult to win back a lost customer

Good and subject matter expect
am so quick in learning things and good in plan and prepare for my training activities and very passionate for mt job specially interact with the fellow employee and get the job done in order to promote team work in the working field and i dont confuse myself when am doing my duties am only focus on what am doing to deliver my charactor
