Long hours

Hours are long and pay little . Some racism and inequality was used. Casual workers had no say. Manager was so rude and did as she pleased. Sometimes you would be wrong for being sick or having family related crisis. Her family and friends always came first and at ome point we were told not to have people we know come into the store

A learning curve

A normal day would be clearing the store put the cash into registers, helping customers with good books to read, maintains good customer relations doing category checks packing and sorting bookshelves ago look orderly and presentable, the people I worked with were find all introverts Mike myself but I think iit can cause a clash becausebalanec is about bringing different people into a work place it’s how the company grows and expel a with brand new wonder ideas from all diefefrent aspects of people . I learned that retail is not as easy as people make it seems I enejoyed wworjinh with books because I like do to read learning about what’s in and tending help me also starting a writing page because I like to write.

Love my job

Love workinf with people i love what i do however did not get proper training the communixaxtion between worker and headoffice very poor, will be stuck in my job position forever no promotion in sight.
