I am a experience Data Caputer with 9 years in the banking sector
I have bee work g in the banking sector for AL most 9 years in the standard bank, nedbank, and Bankservafrica. I am a hard word work and discipline, can work without any supervision. I am a mother of 3 amazing children. I have to to provide for them only person that is looking after them. I will to wotk for the company and I willing to learn new things. I have also office experience that I did, helping in other department and assisting where I can.

My journey with BankservAfrica
A good learning environment, covers all the basics knowledge of the financial services. Have good working relationships with colleagues, consider teamwork as vital component for us to deliver timely on our goals . I enjoy the relaxed working atmosphere, not big office setups. My job is exciting but has an annual plan that keeps me busy, have to learn new business processes at times before starting the audit work.

Excellent learning curve
l have learned so much about telephone ettiquete. People are very friendly and I love the environment. The most challenging aspects of the job is to deal with customer complaints or to resolve customer complaints.

Bankserv is unique industry which is payment clearing and banking sector. Their main assets are in information technology infrastructure. The benefits of employees are unique.

Excellent Practical Experience
The environment that am working is a nice place to work in but busy because we provide support to 7 campaign and we work even on weekends. Everyday is a busy day and my relationship with my co-workers is good because we work as a team and we help each other in everything even with the call center agents we work well and we respect one another. I have learnt a lot of things that i learnt from varsity i am able to put them into practice especially work with software's, servers and how to troubleshoot if users have technical issues and we do troubleshooting telephonic to users. I enjoy being hands on and working with users on the floor. To work with people who have attitude and those who don't give you time to fix the issue that is the most challenging part.

Exellent learning curve
I love working for this company. They gave me an opportunity when i needed it but i believe that one has to grow and gain more experiences in other companies. I deal with Uk customers which sometimes can be really hard and demanding. I love my fellow colleagues. They are the reason why i am so driven and i want to grow in this industry. Ive learnt to be very patient and honest.
