Troubleshooting and fix windows Operating System problems. Responsible for Virus and Spyware solution on remote Workstation’s Anti-virus installation and updating the virus definition file. I am a easy person to get along with and get along with all co-workers.

My Experiences

My experiences I've have learnt a lot working for Baker's transport at Defy appliances. I have learnt to work in team and as an individual . I have learnt how to handle pressure and how to please clients, that you have to treat company clients with great respect and give a good service at all times.

Pros: The are always opportunity if you give your best at work
Cons: The were inconveniences sometimes long working ours depanding on busy it is .

Excellent learning curve, brought out more in myself then i thought possible.

Challenging days were the norm, staff of 60+ in Bloemfontein. Union issues, ISO 9001, cross border issues, system issues, very little guidance or support from head office, we always were left to "make a plan". Long hours 13 to 14 per day 5days a week and 8hours over the weekend due to poor planning from above and operational requirements. Most challenging for was the politics, and nepotism, being a family owned and operated business.

Great learning experience

A typical day involves filing insurance claims and compiling reports for past accident whilst determining the root cause. We have weekly team meetings and motivate each other. No targets are set . I enjoy liaising with different people to determine the root cause of all accidents and incidents and the challenge it brings.

Pros: Great environment to work in
Cons: No clear path to promotion

Briefing of drivers in the morning. Close to 30 drivers. Debriefing in the evening with freight ware. Tracking on Mix Telematics Updating what has been delivered. Dispatching controller
