Always happy with costumers

our work day was monday to sunday.relationshp with co_workers was fantastic and always happy wit them.working as a team work was nice to me and enjoyed everything about the work.what i was enjoying is when we where making target because each an every person was able to sell the way he or she can.i have leannt everything in the shop what the most i liked was when i was explanig the customers about the car seat,the most challenging about the job was when dont makes target,it was difficult sometimes to deel wit customers coming with complains but when times goes on i get used to it, thats what challenged me most,i did enjoyed everything about the job.thanks

I'm a fast learner. Easy going. Computer literacy

Since I was just a casual for December I didn't see any problem with my salary, though I wish I can get a permanent job with stable salary. I enjoyed working there in both early and late shifts. My relationship with my co-workers was very good, friendly and we worked as team helping one another all the time. I've learned that team work pays and co operating with my co-workers workers is more important. I enjoyed every job that was given to me and I made sure I deliver in time all the time. The most challenging part of my job was the stock loss that I didn't even see who stole what when, that was difficult cause I should pay for it.

Excellent

Working at baby boom is a great opportunity that makes me learn customer service and practising it while making sure company makes money and apply friendly manners to our customers. Working relationship is excellent and we always work as group to achieve our monthly targets while we respect each other. What I enjoy most is the kindness that we give each other and always comes with different ideas of what can we do attract our customers from other competitors. Most challenging aspects that use to get is when customer need something that we dont have in stock because in company manager is the one responsible to order stock.

Excellent learning curve

Had good relationship with staff, headoffice and most of all customers. Work for 14 days without off day then when you get it is only 1day because the business is very busy. Opportunity to learn from being a sales person till management position. Engagement with customers and attending to their queries and seeing them coming back over and over. Meeting the monthly target.

I have learned so much about customer service

I experienced lot of thing like being so friendly to customers,capping stock loss keep store clean en tidy.my colleagues are just fine en we are working as a team.working hours am working 195 hrs pre month and holidays

Pros: Very low chances
Cons: 9:00 to 6:00
