Excellent learning curve

The company deals with inventory transactions , selling stock to their resellers. We have an internal support Specialists for our ERP system, desktop engineers and BI specialist

Pros: No benefits to improve and advance your profile based on attending trainings and being certified
Cons: Long working hours with less salary, recognition of positions

Excellent Growth, working with a team and challenging

Company is great to work for. However it is bias in terms of promotions and allowing people to grow. Executive team work on an old school mentally. No one should be promoted unless there for 10 +years.

Great exposure

being at Axiz is quiet great experience because every employee is great and friendly towards me, I've learnt a lot about rules and regulations, how to communicate in a great manner, how to treat clients or other employees, how to make a good presentation and speak in front of clients. Biggest challenge is speaking in front of clients as I'm still learning how to speak in front of clients.

Variety of brands to learn.

the routine is pretty much monotonous, so it gets a very boring in the 8 hours we put in, however i have learnt a great deal being exposed to other brands from IBM hardware specialist to a variety of brands. i do enjoy being around my colleagues, they help with the stress and challenges we face on a daily basis. most challenging part would be the environment, being micromanaged, warning threats and not being recognized.

Excellent

Help clients with their companies security solutions, Axiz have good employees because we get along so easy and well, I've learned a lot including communication skills(verbal and writing skills), interpersonal skills, and I written many Microfocus pre-sales certificates, I enjoy working with people, and the most challenging aspect is when the customer doesn't understand what you are talking about and they get frustrated with you.
