Excellent learning curve

I have an experience I never thought I can have in my living life,i 've learnt many things such as teaching skills,knowledge and attitude,planing a daily action plan with my colleagues helping clients who walk into the office and that was the greatest moments I enjoyed even though some of the clients and students was giving a challenge.I thank Avuxeni for the inspiring me.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH

-A typical work day none that i know of i enjoy my work. -My relationship with my co-workers is very professional and i enjoy working with them we are very font to each other and we know how to keep things professional. -I have learnt many things e.g Office work and how to multi-task ,meet deadlines and how to be professional. -I enjoy the work surrounding that i am in because i work with different people and their different behaviours, i have a way of solving problems not in a manner of taking sides. -The most challenging aspects of the job is when you work under pressure forgetting the other important things. working without the materials /in short of materials.

Learning curves

I enjoyed working at Avuxeni Computer Academy especially with the inspiring colleagues who take any task at work seriously, hard workers, out of all that I have learnt many things in my life,things like time management, skills, knowledge and attitude,the most challenging aspects is when the management command you to work on multitasks or double position,but then i enjoyed and still enjoy a lot to work on difficult tasks,to put more efforts and to take any task at work seriously when figuring them out. By doing so, all the seniors including CEO of the company were happy of our good work and improvements as a cooperate working team

I m a senior lecture at the branch and acting as a branch manager

i teach students how to operate a p.c and even the M.s office all of it and i m a friendly employee and i like meeting new challenges and i have learn to take responsibility of my own and i enjoy working around a computer because i know the admin part and i don't have a any problem with it

Always have strength and confident at work

? Window XP7 and 8 Installation and Set Up. ? Microsoft Office (2003, 2007, 2008 and 2010). ? Attaining Objectives through team process. ? Project Planning. ? Good communication. ? Use of Computer Software. ? Effective Verbal and Listening. ? Ensure personal files are up-to date and secure. ? Computer Networking Software and Hardware.

Pros: ? Good communication and listening. ? Ability to work under pressure and very diligent. ? Time Management and ability to face challenges ? Good problem solving and non-judgemental. ? Fair numeracy skills, success and results or driven. ? Able to work with individuals or in a team. ? Improved presentation skills. ? Pay more attention to details and ability to learn quickly
Cons: I become fair as i really like working under pressure under the condition that is stated by management. Respect is a key to communication and to be confident with my job activities.

Excellent learning curve

since I started working at Avuxeni computer academy I have gained more experience, I have learned to be more cautious with confidential documents of the company, my typical day at work will be having an uncooperative student who does not want to learn like other student, my relationship with my co-workers is excellent since we take each other for granted. what I enjoy the most is when all my students past
