Satisfying learning experience

Working for an Avis branch is a customer service dream. I get to interact with various companies, people an personalities. The rush of making sure all my reservation requests are met stimulates every aspect of my career. My team is amazing as for I work with drivers that delivers and cleans the vehicles. A sales team that brings in new businesses and a Management that manages all of us. The challenging part of my job is making sure that my customers always has a good experience when renting with us. I have learnt that I should listen before I act, insuring that what I set out to achieve for each day is indeed achieved with good understanding The most enjoyable part of my job is when I end the day with all my customers receiving their vehicles on time

Pros: I obtain all the experience I need to move forward in my career
Cons: A promotion and salary increase is a far fetched dream

Excellent learning experience.

A typical day would start off by completing our vehicle inventory checklist and capturing all details on our system as well as complete our check outs for the days vehicle bookings. it will also consist of arranging vehicle collections and deliveries as well as transferring vehicle between branches. We would then complete all administrative duties such as completing daily reports, capturing invoices, generate bookings for new and existing clients and prepare for the next day. Through team work, communication and hard work, we accomplish a common goals which is to deliver excellent customer service. Therefore we establish a relationship with new clients and maintain relationships with our existing clients. I enjoy learning how the business works as a whole, how I fit into day to day operations and working towards helping the business grow. Thank you

Client service satisfaction is ehat drives the business

I have teams working shifts and generally our workday exceeds normal working hours. Our teams is supportive of one another and we assist each other daily to keep our clients happy. Our fleet is our pride and we follow systems to maintain it. I am actively involved with the sales team and I do clients visits often. Every aspect of our business is measured and it is important to keep s finger on the pulse. Every day is different and although we plan our business requirements carefully it changes every minute as the day progresses. I enjoy workshop in a team environment where prople are passionate about themselves and the brand

Preparing correspondens,manage telephones,perform filling and maintaining calenders and schedules

Compiling submissions and capturing contracts Dealing with customer enquiries and providing feedback telephone use I enjoy socialising with clients learning new things everyday challenges comes when I meet difficult customers and I try to convince them up to their satisfaction Printing reports and action them daily I enjoy working with my staff the relationship is very good and everyone is always happy Booking vehicles in for service Working on Wizard Providing quotes and explaining all charges Delivering and collecting vehicles Maintaining and managing filling system Typing correspondence Opening and closing contracts daily

Great experience

Extremely high pased, inventory, customer satisfaction, vehicle upkeep, leasing of vehicles, assisting customers cross border, fuel management, staff management, quality control, washbay production. Arranging logistics, liason with drivers on route assisting with on the road issues,

Pros: Learning new things everyday, vehicle knowledge grows.
Cons: Career growth is restricted
