Impact, Growth and Leadership

I would like to add value to the company that I am employed by, to be productive and efficient and prove to be a valuable asset. I want to contribute the skills that I have acquired in my higher learning, working experience and bring a positive change and fresh, authentic ideas to my work place. Excellent Learning Curve

Typical work day is challenging Unpredictable but love the people I work for and work with Company culture is good and leadership and management is acceptable

Excellent learning curve

It's has definitely been an incredible learning curve and a good corporate experience. I've learnt to grow as a person as well as a leader. I've been fortunate to also grow within the company from a rental sales agent to a supervisor for different regions. Operations is always fast paced thus teaching me to think on my feet and always make decisions which benefits the business. I've learnt to work with different types of people as well as how to manage a team by motivation and being transparent in order for them to trust me. I've also learnt quite a lot about cars. How to manage a branch and grow the business

Cons: Management is not always supportive

Hardworking,reliable,punctual,Good communication skills,Customer focus

I love driving and working people.I am hardworking and punctual always.I can work in a team and as a individual.I am deadline driven.I am willing to work overtime to meet my deadline if needed.I can read direction on a Map book and can work with a GPS as well.I know Cape Town and Surrounding areas.

Good company

Working at a visit gave me an opportunity to expand in this world. Get to know and understand what other people feels as customers nor getting services they expecting. I work with different people with different characters daily and that's makea me understand what service delivery means.

Great opportunity

It was very nice working there but unfortunately my internship was only for 6 months so basically it was temporary position.. otherwise I had the great experience

Am currently not working

As I used to work at Avis I had a very good relationship with other employees, management, and customers. I never had a problem with any of these groups I have mentioned above. The only thing that separated us is covid-19 lock down.
