Excellent learning curve

A typical Work day:- Multi-tasking - staff customer service and target objectives. Relationship with Co Workers - highly interactive and respectful Learning - Fleet is not about vehicles, but rather about the level of service offered to clients. Change is constant and not to be seen as a negative, but rather as opportunity. Enjoy - Solutioning, over coming objectives. Challenging - maintaining a motivated team within current economic challenges. Conflict Resolution.

Good experience

Working for Avis fleet is a great experience. We deal with a lot of customers on a daily basis. My normal day involves processsing quotes and invoices for dealerships and individual customers, fleet deals and we handle a small inboud call center for queries. We work well together in a team and I do enjoy making customers happy.

Pros: Great exposure
Cons: Not much growth
