Its a struggle

the work is intense and nice, positive working atmosphere, the people here are below average as far as economic culture is concerned. most cannot afford to buy themselves cars and houses in their salaries meaning no personal development.

Excellent learning curve,

Slaving problems, meeting deadline of jobs in time,learning everyday, working with different products, working in group with large number of people, being a team player .

Great place to learn

I have learnt a lot that I was not exposed to when I was not working at DFC; Legal compliance reporting in particular. A typical week involves handling IR matters, resolving admin queries, recruitment and training administration. I appreciate the experience.

Pros: Employees are wonderful to work with.

Managing Director

My objective at DFC was to turn a failing company into a profit centre for AVENG. The turn-around was achieved and the company was succesfully sold.Restructure the Organization to enhance performance Grow global representation Develop and Implement a Global Market Approach Strategy

Pros: I managed to achieve all the goals i set for DFC
Cons: The company was sold and the new owners wanted to manage it themselves
